Policies

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is due at the time your confirming contract is signed.
This will be applied towards your final total.
A credit card number must be on file with Catering Director for any additional
Purchases during reception.

Prices
All prices are subject to change ninety days prior to your event.

Guarantee Count
The final guarantee for the number of guests attending your event is due 2 weeks
  prior to your event date. This guarantee may not be lowered after this
Point. You may be able to raise the number. You will be charged for additional
Guests over the guaranteed number.

Payment
Payment is due at the time the final guarantee is made. Any additional purchases
Due the day of the event. **Credit card number must be on file

Cancellation
Any event canceled within ninety days of the event is subject to a cancellation fee
Equal to the net revenue minimum.

Food and Beverage
No food or beverages may leave the premises. All food and beverages must be
Supplied by The Bridgewood. Wedding cakes must be set up and decorated by
The vendor.

Liabilities
The Bridgewood is not responsible for any materials and equipment left on the
Premises after your event. You must make arrangements to have everything
Removed at the time of your departure.

Decorations
No items such as confetti, rice or bird seed are allowed. There will be a clean up
Charge if such items are used.

Tax and Service Charge
All food and non-alcoholic beverages are subject to 20% service charge and 7.15%
Sales tax. The Bridgewood has complete discretion as to the use and distribution
Of all service charges. All alcoholic beverages are subject to a 9.5% sales tax.

Room Rental for Weddings and Large Events- Saturday 1000.00
  Friday and Sunday 850.00
Ceremony on site 250.00 and up

Room Rental for other Events will be determined by event
